We are currently in product development. No consumer orders are being accepted on this website.
Ordering and payments
Items described as concepts or prototypes cannot be purchased. Once products are approved and available, checkout will be completed securely through an independent payment provider. Applicable taxes, delivery charges and fulfillment terms will be disclosed before payment.
Custom requests
Submitting a project idea does not establish an order, guarantee feasibility, or create a binding agreement. We may need measurements or pictures before quoting. No payment is collected for prelaunch inquiries.
Product compatibility
Compatibility descriptions will identify the exact toolbox models tested. BenchKeep Works is independent and is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with referenced tool manufacturers. Tools and toolboxes are not included unless expressly stated.
Shipping, returns and warranty
Final shipping regions, transit estimates, returns and warranty terms will be published before the first product is sold. This page is not a substitute for those future sale-specific disclosures.
Privacy
We do not collect payment details on our website. Project inquiries may include your name, contact email, toolbox details and message. When inquiry delivery is enabled, submissions are transmitted to the configured email service/provider to respond to requests. Do not send sensitive financial or personal information. We do not sell inquiry data or use it for unsolicited marketing. You can request deletion using the contact details provided when the channel is activated.
Website content
Concept illustrations, including AI-assisted assets, demonstrate ideas and are not photographic proof of completed products. Photos of real prototypes will be identified separately. Brand marks remain property of their respective owners.
